Tell us the email address on your account and we'll start the deletion process. Nothing is removed until we've confirmed the request is really from you.

How it works

You send the request
Submit the form below with your registered email address.
We verify it's you
Our team replies within 7 working days to confirm the request.
Your data is erased
Once verified, your account and personal data are removed within 30 days.

Deletion is permanent. Your profile, settings and activity history can't be restored afterwards, and an active subscription won't be refunded automatically.

Some records — invoices and transaction logs — are kept for the period tax and accounting law requires, then deleted.
